We definitely recommend using stay Kool. Ray was the best. He got our ac running right away.
We came home yesterday afternoon and noticed our AC wasn't working. Called our home warranty and it was going to be 2 days before anyone could come out to us. With 2 kids and Vegas heat that just wasn't an option. Stay Kool responded quickly and was able to come out the same day! They were super knowledgeable and quick to get everything fixed and taken care of. Not to mention how great their price was! If you're looking for a friendly, reliable service who knows what they're doing, Stay Kool is it.
Had some AC issues and they came to assess our problem right away! Turns out it was our unit was shot and we needed a new one. Got a second option and prices by Stay Kool were much better than our second opinion by A LOT!! Stay KooL answered my email in a Sunday and stated they would order our unit the next morning. He kept giving us updates and by Tuesday at noon our unit was installed and our house getting cool. Very professional and prompt. Made the whole process easy. Would use them for any further needs.
