This is the first time I've ever given a negative online review. In general, I really try to give people the benefit of the doubt -- everyone has a bad day and makes mistakes. But this place is criminally negligent, and their negligence affects people's health and their lives. I really wanted to give this place zero stars. Most of their problems seem to revolve around the fact that the place is criminally underequipped, understaffed, and constantly turning over help. If you become a patient here, be prepared to repeat yourself every time you have an appointment. Be prepared to correct them when they confuse your records with someone else's. Spring Mountain Medical has been instrumental in my long healing process to avoid risky back surgeries. This place feels more like a spa than a medical practice. Thanks to Dee and Aja for always making sure I receive concierge styled bookings and treatments. Jonathan, Michael and Ted for keeping my system in check Also, Dr. G, Joey and Dr. Brown for keeping me aligned. The entire staff and upper management are top notch caring professionals. I highly recommend this practice.

I needed a new primary care doctor. I came across them and was able to book an appointment for the same week I called. The staff was kind and considerate. I was seen on time. Dr. Roger Braun took over 30 minutes listening to all of my concerns and came up with a plan. He never made me feel rushed or like I was being silly for any of my concerns. I had the same great care when I came back for my follow up exam. I was so happy to see Jonathan there. He took care of my children at his last job and was the utmost professional.
