Book an appointment!!!!! Do not do a walk in at this location.Me and another went to this place during a "downtime". We were in a pinch of time so we decided to go to this place due to the lower prices and how late they are open. When we arrive, the place was empty but the screen showed other customers who had appointments. There were only 2 barbers on the floor, so the wait time we were told went from 30 minutes to 2 hours. When we were finally seated, the barber who was cutting my hair didn't even work at that location but rather she was called in to help. It was so astonishing to me how understaffed this place was. Had my haircut this morning with Stephanie. Got there right when they opened, we sat for maybe 5 minutes before Stephanie took me back. The service I received was PHENOMENAL. I got a solid, professional, quality haircut in under an hour. Splurge for the MVP, and treat yourself. Stephanie was kind, patient, efficient, and made my experience absolutely amazing. Location is super clean, well organized, and spacious. Can't go wrong at all! Thank you Stephanie, and the crew for making me look really good! ???
