Just witnessed one of your drivers go around stopped traffic, drive in the bike lane, roll down his window and curse and flip off cars thag wee stopped for a school bus with its lights flashing and stop sign ? out for kids getting off the bus.

Helix: Remember, the first line of contact of a company (the receptionist) is the one who sets the first impression of the company. If that person is not competent, friendly, and professional then that sets the tone for the whole company.
We received a legal document at our address for a person who claims on his FB page to be an employee of Helix. I called the company to see if there was some way to contact this person to let him know about this document. What I experienced was a sarcastic, nasty person.
Rest assured, we are in the construction world and since there are plenty of electrical contractors to choose from, Helix will not be on our long list. Arrogance is... read full review

I reached out to you via the contact form on your website last Friday April 25th to report an unsafe driver in truck #378. Not only did I never hear back, but when I pulled up reviews I found others with the same complaint as me: unsafe and possibly intoxicated drivers. You guys can't even drive from one end of town to the other, how is anyone supposed to trust your electrical work?
