Specialized Pipe Technologies - Las Vegas

This company resolved our issue but had absolutely the worst, most manipulative customer service I have ever experienced. They did not follow their own timeline and attempted to create new problems that did not exist and charged extra money for problems that they did create (and then repair). I am giving them 1 star because I cannot post a review without 1 star but they deserve 0 stars. I would absolutely never use them again or recommend them.

We had an old pipe running to the sewer that was constantly getting clogged. It was in very bad shape and was causing us quite a bit of grief. We were recommended SPT from a plumber that helped us unclog the pipe when it started to act up. We were very impressed with everyone we interacted with. We did need to cut a small hole in our back yard to properly lay the liner and they even did a fantastic job back filling the hole and matching the concrete surface. We are only about a week out from the fix but so far, it’s a world of difference. Thank you Phil and team!Services: Leak investigation and repair
