Tell the doctor I need hydrocortisone 2.5 Because I have severe itching tells me I can get her over-the-counter. I even had a little tube that they had given to me, but I took his word for and no that’s only one percent over-the-counter then when I told the doctor that different things that had wrong with me, which was three different things told me I had too many things going on. ( Excuse me for being sick ) And then on top of it, I took a fall hit my hip hurt my leg. I asked her for three days off. She tells me no only two Since she didn’t have the pain so now I pretty much went there didn’t get the medication that I wanted all the time off that I needed

I had a CT scan on 23rd June at this location. The CT scan tech was very inexperienced in giving the contrast. She Filipina entered it in the right hand which was excruciatingly painful. I was in the CT scan screaming with pain. She wouldn’t stop. She punctured my vein but the contrast leak from it. It started making a big bubble under my skin. She kept making light. Laughing loudly. Once she failed she pulled it out and called another nurse non Asian who she called to give it go. Her attempts were twice first left arm then right. Then she kept inspecting what the first girl did and asked why I had red spots where the other gal pierced. This technician assigned is not trained. They cannot be chatting over my head about taking up a shift, asking for numbers of a gal who was supposed to to come in and wasn’t. Where is the level of professionalism? There should not be unrelated conversations in a CT Scan. And they should not go “your veins don’t like me”. Then the typical nervous laugh. I think the second nurse felt the first nurse made a mistake. The needle was in my vein and leaked the contrast from the vein making a bubble and causing severe pain. She evaluated red spots that appeared. She spent sometime checking the area Pearced. We don’t need untrained techs doing whatever they like unsupervised. Thinking they will get away with it..

The staff from check in to seeing the doctor has been an amazingly wonderful experience. My condition is not best but they always make me feel so good being seen by them. I appreciate them and I’m only still here because of them. I drive an hour and half to reach them. I would drive double that just to see them. I will always be so thankful that they help me so much! Thank You!

Do not go to Southwest medical for imaging. They will misdiagnose you and they are very rude. People go there cause they don’t feel good. Well, you feel worse when you leave them.
