You can tell they really care. They're very kind and reasonable with the prices. When my cat passed away they were really respectful and they always take good care of my aging dog.

I don't think I will go back here. I took my cat to be groomed with a lions cut. He looks good but the problem was they trimmed his claws WAY TOO MUCH! He can't jump into bed with me and its been 2 weeks now ,they should have grown back by now! They should not have done that He cries because he can't get up in bed! They should know not to cut the claws so much! They hurt my baby. I am so very sad to see him cry because he can't get in the bed with me.

I’ve been taking my 2 Chinese Crested dogs here for sometime now. My oldest was with me from birth until 19. I’ve never had to put a furry (unfurry) family down. I knew the night before and when I got up my Harley gave me the sign. When I called to tell them it was time. I did not have to wait long at all. On the way there, I talked to Harley and thanked him for showing me how to love animals the way he made me love him, like family. The staff immediately consulted me and took their time with me. They walked us to a private area and explained to us the process but also made sure that we understood to take all the time we needed. Harley’s doctor came in and was genuinely caring. Harley went peacefully and I was happy and In a sense, relieved to see him not suffer because of the quick response from the staff. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Never have any crazy issues here. Sometimes availability is tight. Staff is always nice. Two lobbies that are always clean and never full.
