While some employees may vary in their demeanor, some staff members, such as Passion, stand out for their kindness and helpfulness, making a positive impact on patients' experiences.
I'm writing this review for the Henderson location, from making my appointment to being greeted by the wonderful personnel they made my experience absolutely amazing, there should be more people like this in Customer Service. That cares for patrons that come in. I highly recommend and thank everyone at the Henderson office for being so hospitable.
Just love working with the staff in the EMS Office. They are professional, efficient and customer service friendly! I am thankful for the EMS Portal! It has made recertification extremely easy and streamlined!
I went this morning and was helped by an amazing employee called Passion. She was very helpful, professional and kind. Her male college, on the contrary, was rude and condescending when all I did was ask a question that he refused to answer. He open the door and told me that if I wasn't the person he was calling that I should just keep waiting outside. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but Passion made the experience much better and she's the only reason why I'm rating it 5 stars. I asked her the same question when she opened the door and she didn't hesitate to help out. Thank you Passion!
