This would be my third year living at this apartments I live in the 1750 one that is right next to the other property which is 1500 on my property which is the 1750 there are no washer and dryers nowhere on my property since I have moved in they keep on saying there are supposed to put some in and they have never done that since day one on the other property. They have maybe two facilities on the property, but they are always broken down. You have to call to get them fixed, which takes who knows how many days to they keep on raising the prices on the washing machines for why when they are never fixed properly. They need to have more washer and dryers on this facility is not right to have to go off property to go do your laundry and spend way more money security you see maybe once or twice if you’re lucky you need to fix your property before raising your rent prices because it’s ridiculous how you treat your residence and I’ve been one for three years and I still have not seen anything

I don't recomend this to nobody, unefficient infrastructure, poor costumer service, stuff break and they don't fix it properly, a lot of misinformation in the contract and a long list of unprofesionalitues

I had a very poor experience with this apartment community during the application process. I fully completed the application, disclosed that I am relocating for work, and paid the required application fee. At no point in the application, screening criteria, or documents I signed was there any language stating that out-of-state applicants or remote employees would be automatically denied.
Only after payment and submission was I informed that my application could not be considered because I am currently out of state, despite having verified full-time remote employment and meeting income requirements. This restriction was not disclosed upfront and is not stated anywhere in the paperwork provided to applicants.
Denying an application based on an unstated policy after collecting fees is misleading and unprofessional. If this community does not accept out-of-state or relocation applicants, that should be clearly communicated before payment is taken.
I would strongly advise anyone relocating to Las Vegas or working remotely to confirm residency requirements in writing before applying, as this was not transparently handled.

My daughter lives here and the homeless don’t care where they sleep. This guy continues to jump the patio to charge his phone and go to sleep. My grandkids don’t feel safe here. Can’t wait until her lease up she can’t even enjoy her patio anymore.

I recently moved in! These apartments use to be the worse starting from management! Bugs and everything you name it! I recently moved in and I dealt with Patricia and when I say my apartment is all new and smells new no bugs no issues no crazy neighbors so far! When I say she is so detailed and communications have been superb she is definitely business oriented and cares! She got me in with no problems! If she thought of anything I didn’t she made sure I had it I would definitely recommend if your looking to move pls call her solair apartments I promise you will not be disappointed! It’s worth the price and it’s reasonable and it’s kid friendly I don’t have to worry about my kids! It’s nothing like it use to be she is the truth!

Got my car towed along with 20 other people who claimed they had signs and gave notice via email. My car was parked with NO sign and the email notice was from OCTOBER not November. Management does not care and I will be seeking a lawyer for the headache and money I had to pay for a ILLEGAL TOW
