1st time customer and they did an excellent job. They said 7 to 10 days for the cleaning and got it back within a few days before. Very satisfied with the quality cleaning and my rug looks and feels like new. Will be definitely return when my rug needs another cleaning.
Pete and his crew were responsive, on time, careful and skilled. We have a large approx 15 by 15 ft area rug that had some damage on corners which needed to be repaired. Because they had to remove it to their workplace to do that, we opted to have it cleaned as well. When I asked if we should have it re-treated with stain resistant coating, they could have said yes, but they told me instead that the current coating would still be fine. When they brought the rug back, it looked like new. They adjusted it and the pad perfectly and moved all the furniture back in place with great care. They were truly a pleasure to work with!
Trusting someone with your rugs is never easy! However, I found the place! It all started with the initial phone call very friendly. Listened to my concerns. I received my rugs, clean and put in place today! I had called a few places and it’s all about customer service. I love the fact that they did what they said they were going to do. They were and on time! Letting me know ahead of time with our busy schedules, helped tremendously. Definitely if you’re looking for a place to get great service and care check them out I had four rugs done!
