This company is the best home health company in Vegas. They are professional, personable, organized and prompt. My medication was always delivered on time and the drivers would even call me and give me an ETA on the delivery, which was incredibly helpful and considerate as i live in a 2 story home and needed time to get to the door. Lauryn was my nurse. She is such a kind and knowledgable girl! She was always on time and beyond respectful, helpful and considerate. I would recommend Lauryn and SISU to anyone over the competitors!

Did not receive medication in a timely manner. Then when medicine was ready, it was incomplete. Additional delivery needed to make up the shortage. Nurse did not communicate her schedule change, I spent 4 hours waiting for her to arrive.

The ABSOLUTE WORSE, they only care about money but that seems to be the thing in Las Vegas, the quality of one’s life they could care less, they also charged my daughter when her insurance company told me recently they were not supposed to charge her anything!!, AND HAD THE AUDACITY, to ask her to sign a waiver about when they come out she gotta accept a package I explained to the FOOLS SEVERAL TIMES MY DAUGHTER WENT INTO SEPTIC SHOCK due to negligence of Nevada health systems, -and she was in the hospital clinging to life so these fools send someone to my home and we are not there we are at the hospital with my daughter these are devils!! if you are sick don’t live here and certainly if you are of color , this is a poor state and the clowns here try to milk people out of money SISU is the worst of all!!

Multiple Sclerosis My Dr. ordered my infusion STAT. After no movement for a week I called HPN Medicaid authorizations line. They said SISU submitted the request as "elective". The original provider called SISU to inquire, they stated they submitted the request as STAT. I called HPN Medicaid authorizations again who insisted that the request was submitted as elective. I called SISU they insisted they submitted it as STAT but, that sometimes insurance may downgrade the request to elective of their own accord. I called HPN Medicaid authorizations again who then called a supervisor and they confirmed that that had not happened. I called my Dr.'s office and they read me a communication from Jessica at SISU from this morning stating that it was submitted as elective because the insurance would downgrade it anyway (that was not her prerogative!). I called SISU again and asked to speak to Jessica so that I may ask her why she took it upon herself to change my Dr 's orders from STAT to Elective before submitting the request to HPN Medicaid for authorization. The person who answered the call clearly was shocked that I asked for Jessica by name. She stumbled and said that she was at lunch, then tried repeatedly to meneuver and goad the questions out of me rather than allow me to wait for Jessica to call me back. I insisted that I would only speak with Jessica. I received a call 15 minutes later from someone else at SISU attempting to field my call, I insisted that I would only speak to Jessica. She tried again and again to field the call herself. I asked directly if I was going to be permitted to speak to Jessica. I was told that Jessica had submitted the request to HPN Medicaid as STAT and that sometimes they may downgrade requests themselves, but that Jessica would call me once she received approval. (This is a lie, it was not submitted as STAT as ordered) I called my Dr.'s office and learned that this story was not plausible because certain protocols would have had to have been followed. It is not possible my insurance downgraded the request themselves because when they do that they are required to notify the ordering Physician so that he can notify the patient - and there has been no such notification from HPN Medicaid in this regard. SISU changed my Dr.'s orders from "STAT" to "Elective" when submitting it to HPN Medicaid, lied about it, and refused to allow me to speak to the person responsible. I was told that this drug is NEVER elective, that it is ALWAYS STAT because a delay can make a difference in the degree of the debilitating effects of MS.
