John did an excellent job at inspecting the property. Not only did he thoroughly inspect everything in the interior and exterior of the house, he took the time to any concerns to both myself (the buyer) and the seller since it is in the best interest of both parties to understand any issues the property may have. He was extraordinarily professional and his inspection report was very detailed and easy to understand. Would highly recommend John to anyone looking to have a home inspected.

Good service. I had to schedule an inspection for a new home construction. I was working on a tight schedule and John was able to accommodate me and get me a report before my walkthrough. Very thorough report at a great price. Would recommend.
