Dana, Maria, and all the staff at Serenity were absolutely wonderful to work with! It can be difficult to find a trustworthy, reputable, and reasonably priced out-of-state funeral home to help with cross-country cases, but I am SO glad we came across Serenity. Their attentiveness, communication, and personal--but still very professional--assistance was greatly appreciated! Nevada has a difficult process to allow a decedent to leave the state, and Dana & the staff accomplished this for us in a RUSH! The service was flawless, the director Dana was amazing from start to finish, having to plan from a distance she made it seamless and easy and reassured me everything would turn out beautiful and it did. Her team Roland, Armani, and Keyon’s and Maria were all amazing they showed empathy, sympathy, and welcomed us all in gracefully. They all did amazing and we are forever thankful to have found them. Highly recommend this place if you’re wanting to give your beloved the farewell they deserve. Anytime there's a loss, I refer the family to Serenity. Mr. Bailey always answers my call. He's always kind, sympathetic, professional and actionable in assisting with families. They've handled crematory, memorial services for my family members. Their services are reasonably priced.
