Semper Fi Heating and Cooling

Me and my husband wanted to get an opinion and service check up on our unit. So I scheduled an appointment, we have seen your commercials a dozen times. Anyhow I set the schedule and Jerid arrived a little bit earlier than expected. He called and asked if he could make his way to our appointment early. He arrived with focus and courteous demeanor. He immediately went to work on his inspection of our vents, temp dail and A/C unit. Upon the ending of his inspection, he provided us a clear understanding and brokedown what was a priority and needed attention first.

I had a great experience with Semper Fi Heating and Cooling. The technician who came to my home was very professional and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. He sat down with me, went over all my options clearly, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision on the spot.

What I appreciated most was how respectful and honest he was—he even told me that if I wasn’t ready to move forward, I could just reach out whenever the time was right. That kind of no-pressure approach really stood out to me.

My unit went out pretty late one evening and it being a Sunday on top of that, they came out to repair the air conditioner. Unfortunately for me the unit was too old and needed a badly new upgrade. They had it replaced and serviced at my convenience the next morning.
