Sandy Margolin is one of the finest real estate professionals I have ever met. She has a wealth of experience when it comes to buying and selling real estate. My personal experience with her has been wonderful from beginning to end. Sandy was able to navigate and guide me through my most recent home purchase, which was quite difficult due to all the moving parts involved with my home purchase transaction. She also recommended this wonderful Inspector Who is able to identify all of the deficiencies with the property I was looking at. She was able to use that home inspectors report to negotiate with the seller to get some repairs done, but also lower the price of the home purchase. Sandy was also always there for me when I needed to talk to her on the phone whether it was 8 o'clock in the morning or 10 o'clock at night, she always had my back.
