Couple reasons for three stars: They run out of dog food and other items without any notice to customers. They have switched over to auto renew and automatically charging credit cards for yearly membership. I do not like this feature and there's no way to remove it. I do like using the scan and go app feature find that to be very convenient.

I asked the cashier at the deli about how long 2 pizzas would take for take out. She told me 45 mins.... I saw a friend walking up at the deli counter and he decided to wait unlike me. He later told me the pizza long took 10 mins. Extremely disappointed. Why lie to a paying customer? I wasn't rude or anything. I treated the lady with respect and kindness, only thing I got in return was two words. 45 mins. I'll go to Costco from now on.
