On March 13th I booked a Couple's treatment with them and on the 19th of March when most of Vegas had closed i tried to cancel via email, and phone calls to no avail. I am still trying to get them to respond to me. so i contacted him after he replied to my review and asked for the refund and still haven't recieved it.EDIT: I have since reach out to the email address posted and they are now accusing me of harresment and stating they refunded me in March yet usaa states they haven't received any refund

Well... I booked a couple's Treatment on March 13 and when my hotel closed due to the the Virus along with everything else I tried to contact them to cancel the appointment on March 19 via email and many phone calls that have been ignored.

What an amazing place. Decided to try this spa out after going to several other ones in the local area. I booked a couples massage for my wife and I. This spa offers a more intimate feeling compared to other spas that we have gone to. The massage therapists were very professional and worked their magic. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. My wife and I will definitely come here again in the future.
