Great company. Called them today at 7:30 AM when they opened to report my air conditioner blowing out warm air. They came by 8am. Fixed by 8:30. Faulty Capacitor. Love the service from the person answering the phone to the technician who fixed the air conditioner. Keep up the good work! Thanks for a job well done.

It's rare to find a company that truly takes pride in what they do. There manager landon was so easy to communicate with, and they're techs were very kind hearted and friendly. If you're looking for honest, skilled professionals who care about getting the job done right the first time. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future!

These guys went above and beyond. Not only did they offer me the best price they also installed the best new products available. I replaced 2 full units. Including both outside units and 2 attic units. All work was done inn1 day. Wish I would have called them sooner. My house gets ice cold now. Thank u Royal Refrigeration for everything

These guys are thieves, people out here are struggling just to keep their families fed, and these guys had the audacity to try to rob me for $10,000. They said my compressor was fried and that they didn't make the parts anymore so they had to replace my entire A/C unit. DO NOT USE THESE SCUMBAGS. Run them out of business. I Got a second opinion and we just needed to replace our filters, and what do you know, we got our a/c back up and running in no time. STAY AWAY

This company now has one of the worst managers and workers I have ever dealt with. They installed a mini split for me back in January and they overcharged me so much, they came coming back time and again to keep charging more, that’s the way they work. The manager now is completely shady, lazy and there is no accountability for their work. First time I turn the ac it doesn’t work and states WE DIDNT SELL YOU THE UNIT, CALL HOME DEPOT. that’s the end of it. I gave them a chance to come out and make good on their job and that’s their response. I am going to make it my job that anyone I encounter to HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this company because no one should be throwing their money away in the garbage such as this company.

London and Pete are absolutely the worst of worst there are thieves unreliable ,fraudulent and treated my elderly aunt horrible and took complete advantage of her .THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES.Now we have to pay extra money to have another company come out and repair their crappy work .We are contacting Consumers affairs ,BBB and whoever else we can to make sure these scammers are accountable for their criminal behavior.Run don't use them .Once they get you to pay and sign they will begin their plot to to start over charging and lying .And my Gosh were they disrespectful once we simply asked to resolve an issue .They actually told us to go somewhere else if you don't like it ,mind you we still are under the graces of warranty,and they still refuse to help . They must have changed management because we have been with the company for 23 years family members included ,and this is the ending result.We are done with these monsters and we will make sure to spread the word .

This company installed a mini split in my house back in January, they did a horrendous job. Overpriced, they not honest or have any integrity and DO NOT BACK UP THEIR JOB. The worst experience of my life when it comes to dealing with businesses. The manager's response is completely lax, DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY for their job or any pride in it. It's a very low energy company overall. NOW the first time I am about to turn the ac on, it doesn't work, and no accountability from them. Anyone calling them it's going to loose their hard earned money and suffer from an extreme upset. BUYER BEWARE.
