Ms. Kim is very personable and professional. Her mom is exceptional at alterations. The prices are very reasonable. This cleaners is not close to me, but I have no problem coming here because of the quality work.

Highly recommend for any alterations and dry cleaning!
My Halloween costume sleeves were too poofy plus the dress was all wrinkled and the delicate trim was wonky from shipping. The women helping me were so kind and professional, plus their efficient work dazzled my expectations!
I’m so happy with my costume now (photo*) and am glad my big, cozy comforters are all clean! Thank you thank you!!

I have been coming to Rose’s for almost 20 years now. No matter where I’ve lived in the city, I will always make the drive to Rose’s for cleaning and alterations. Yoonha and her mom and dad have been so lovely and have cleaned, steamed, pressed, repaired, tapered, hemmed, taken in, let out, taken apart and reconstructed everything from evening gowns to denim jeans to work uniforms, to linens and sheets and have seen every fashion trend and style that I have been into for close to 2 decades and as long as they’re around, that will likely never change! ☺️
