Beds were comfortable. I loved Guy's restaurant...try the nachos. I will be back. I believe they are renovating. In the food court area the orange Connie Island slushy is worth it. Don't forget their chicken sandwich.
Okay, so our trip started out rocky because of Priceline, we booked through them, not the hotel or the Caesars rewards. They gave our already booked hotel room away to another customer. Then when they did give us a different room, they didn't give any directions on where to go. So my husband and I walked around with all of our luggage in hand for about an hour. Not a single worker that we asked directions from could help us. The massages were amazing but the service was not good. No attendants were available after the initial check in. When I got there the women's jacuzzi was being worked on and they told me there was a man in the women's area and it was not open. I came early just for the jacuzzi (this was annoying, not relaxing). So I waited for the massage. Frenchy was my massage therapist. She was wonderful! Her hands are magic. After the massage luckily the jacuzzi was working again. Took a shower. There are notices that some items are available for request, just ask the attendant. There weren't any. Finally I was done dressing and needed my shoes returned to me. Still... read full review
