Beds were comfortable. I loved Guy's restaurant...try the nachos. I will be back. I believe they are renovating. In the food court area the orange Connie Island slushy is worth it. Don't forget their chicken sandwich.
Okay, so our trip started out rocky because of Priceline, we booked through them, not the hotel or the Caesars rewards. They gave our already booked hotel room away to another customer. Then when they did give us a different room, they didn't give any directions on where to go. So my husband and I walked around with all of our luggage in hand for about an hour. Not a single worker that we asked directions from could help us. However, the gentleman doing janitorial were a blessing, they pointed us in the right direction and got us to where we needed to be with ease. When we finally got to our room, we were thrilled, it was the most beautiful view, and our trip was amazing.
The massages were amazing but the service was not good. No attendants were available after the initial check in. When I got there the women's jacuzzi was being worked on and they told me there was a man in the women's area and it was not open. I came early just for the jacuzzi (this was annoying, not relaxing). So I waited for the massage. Frenchy was my massage therapist. She was wonderful! Her hands are magic. After the massage luckily the jacuzzi was working again. Took a shower. There are notices that some items are available for request, just ask the attendant. There weren't any. Finally I was done dressing and needed my shoes returned to me. Still no one available. I had to go to the lobby to find someone. I stand there for a moment the 2 people at the front desk are busy looking down at their phones. The girl at the desk comes around the back and asks what my shoes looked like. Blue. Now I'm annoyed again. I am annoyed because I tipped the attendants $20 and I didn't see one again until having to search for one. The best time was the actual massage, everything else before and after was very disappointing. My significant other who was on the men's side, also did not see an attendant again until the end. As we are leaving, the male attendant asked him how was everything. He literally ask as as we are about to walk out the of the glass doors to leave! The jacuzzi on the men's side also did not work. He tried different knobs/switches and the jacuzzi would not turn on. Of course, there was no one around to ask how to turn it on...or was it broken? No one knows. We left and wondered how they can even put a space on the receipt, next to the tip for the massage therapist for this unavailable service. We spent close to $700 for this shameful experience.
