My freezer was no longer freezing and a request for service was put in with my warranty co. Within 2 days Plamen arrived. He was very personable, friendly and was able to adjust the freezer to operating condition.He even came back a couple of times to insure it was ok.
Great work and services !!! An experiences and knowledges are keys for success of this company. Mr. Plamen really understand and solve my problem. Definitely I would recommend this company , 10 out of 10 !!!!
This is the most honest man and company I have ever dealt with. Even though I had no service completed due to issues in my home which were out of his control. He was very honest and transparent , I would recommend this company to anyone that I know. It is really hard to find people that are trustworthy now day’s and it’s nice to see they still exist. He was honest with what he could and could not do and helped me rather than just taking my money for nothing. I am so glad that I found this company and will use them any time I can in the future.
