I actually called the wrong company as they have the same name as my current company. I spoke with Joel who was very helpful and took the time to talk to me about my problem and gave me several suggestions. If my current company doesn't fix the problem I will definitely be calling Joel to service my pool. Great customer service .

Jason extremely profesional. First tech ever to NOT take my money because he said that home warranty co. wouldn't cover the problem. He gave us another company who specializes in our pump after suggesting we attempt ourselves. Great tech. WILL use them in the future when the problem is covered under warranty.
