Bartolo was punctual and professional, taking the time to answer my questions and explain the process. The living room carpet looks much cleaner, and the minor repair blends in seamlessly. My carpet was extremely dirty plus dog stains. The carpet was older and at this time it looks brand new. Bartolo did a fabulous job. I will use you again and ask for Bartolo only.
