Shawn with Rain of Las Vegas just came out and replaced our old water softener. He did a great job and made it simple and very fast.
We had a time window for our appointment and their office called to let us know they would be running behind schedule. I was very happy they called ahead and we didn't have to sit around waiting. Great customer service. Highly recommend this company.

My reverse osmosis stopped working, they couldn’t get a tech out same day. They asked one of the techs Shawn if he could squeeze me in. Shawn is awesome he made time to come by he was able to go over all components and figured out the issue. Shawn helped us out before with our annual filter change. I can’t say enough good things about this company and Shawn. We are very happy with the service.

We had a reverse osmosis unit installed by Rain of Las Vegas and are very pleased with the entire experience. Matt, the technician who installed the system, was fantastic—professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable with the system before he left.
The installation was seamless, and the water quality is noticeably better. It's refreshing to work with a company that delivers exactly what it promises and takes customer service seriously.

Recently I had a leaking Water Softner and found it was over 15 years old. I called Rainwater and they responded promptly, tested the system finding it was only softening about 20%. A new system was recommended and I figured I got my money’s worth after 15 years. A new system was quickly installed and tested with no leaks and working great. I appreciated the quick response, quick install and solving my water softner issue. Now my R/O system will work much better for inside house water. I am a satisfied customer.

Nickole was super thorough in helping us find the right water softener. She is highly knowledgable and made sure that we were well taken care of in the purchase process as well as getting an install set up and providing us our options. Demetri came out to install the unit, and I can't recommend him enough. He is an expert in installing units and treating people kindly and right. He is timely and goes above and beyond to makes sure that you are well taken care of and goes the extra distance to provide you insights into how to spot anything out of place, maintain healthy systems, and any future maintenance. He is someone you can trust and is passionate about helping people. I would recommend him specifically to anyone in need of an install or making sure something is done right. Aaaaannnnd another 5 star review, . After MULTIPLE estimates for water softening from top reviewed people, and after multiple plumbers misled me about using a conditioner for the ultra hard water here in Vegas (yeah, that includes you NuvoH2O), and multiple suggestions on how to get my softener discharge out via the laundry room or other means, Joe came in at $1000 less than the nearest competitor, with the Clack WS1 system, ingenious method of diverting the discharge, shutoff and bypass systems, and kept my sediment filter in line, and outSTANDing communication. The fact that the service is highly regarded in Vegas and is considered one of the costlier options as a result of that, was not the case here. Joe did excellent work at the best price I found. The salt delivery service is WELL WORTH it, with a year's worth of salt delivered on install, and I'll do it again next year to have him do a check on the system also. Highly recommended.
