Service was great. From customer service representative on the phone to the technician (Lior Danovich). He replaced the lock on the front door and fixed our car key fobs. Super friendly and patient. Highly recommend.

I needed a replacement keyfob (sadly, I put the last one in the washer by accident and when it came out, it was very unreliable). Ken came to my house, tried to work with the old key to see if he could recover it. The programming worked but the key itself was bad. Fortunately, Ken was able to get a replacement fob within an hour, brought it to my house, and quickly put the program on the fob. Ken was friendly, transparent about the price, and solved my problem very satisfactorily. The price was less than the dealer, the problem was solved on the weekend and in my driveway! Saved me a lot of hassle of bringing the car to the dealer and spending a while waiting for them... read full review

Highly recommend Quick Key Locksmith.My Volkswagen Passat 2013 SEL key ignition locked up completely, and my broken key would not completely turn to start the car.After inquiring late last night, their technician Ken reached out and I immediately felt less stressed. He was calm over the phone, easy to talk to, and was specific in his choice of words - very reassuring.We scheduled an on site meet the very next morning (today), and he even called me before hand to make sure I wanted their services.Even in 90-100 degree weather, and with the sun directly hitting him, Ken had a smile on his face the moment we met, and kept an amazing attitude the entire time - very impressive.... read full review
