The above reviews are all from people she monetarily incentivized to leave them. I, however, am doing this for free to alert and protect others. I have known this person since 2019-while at Aveda. She followed me everywhere initially, until I called her out for bad behavior-gossiping and bullying another student behind her back, without allowing her to be there to defend herself. And I cut ties with her. Apparently she hasn’t gotten over it-she left a few made up fake awful reviews on my business accounts, multiple times, but unlike myself she did not have the courage to use her actual name. I’m here to speak facts-she is fake, which is fine most ppl can be at one time or another. However, the fraudulent part comes in when she’s calling herself a “ Board Certified Master Advanced Aesthetician”. That’s not even an actual title recognized anywhere by any board. She just be making stuff up now. She also does NOT own a single laser despite the name of her business-which is super weird. And she consistently describes and titles her facial room as a “medical spa”. Which-is illegal In Nevada, medical spas must be owned and operated under the supervision of a licensed medical professional, typically a physician. Non-physicians can participate in ownership but must ensure that a licensed medical director oversees all medical procedures to comply with state regulations.

Love, love, love! Micki is a sorcerer of skin! She gives expert advice for your skincare journey. Treatments are tailored for a personal touch. Such a zen way to leave looking like a million bucks. The best!

If I could give Pure Skin And Laser 100 stars if I could! The owner, and esthetician, Micki, is the most professional, knowledgeable, honest and caring aesthetician I've ever encountered. I started going to her for dermaplaning sessions and facials about a year or so ago. After my last dermaplaning session for some reason I had a very intense break out of acne that was undeniably bad. I was trying to treat it myself because I knew that sometimes dermaplaning can bring out all the toxicities and impurities that are underneath the top layer of our skin. It wasn't getting better after about 3-4 days so I told Micki about it. She got me in to see her right away, complementary, to give me the best acne treatment/facial I've ever received, and I have not had any acne sense! Not even hormonal acne. This is incredible because I've always had some form of me since I was probably 12 years old and this is the first time my skin is clear. I know it is from the facial that she performed, but I also took her up on the advice of starting a skin regimen through some of her top-of-the-line products she recommends such as a specific moisturizer, vitamin C, cream, and specific cleanser for my face. Keeping a skin regimen where you are using the right products and not products with a bunch of toxic chemicals in them is so important if you have acne. I didn't even realize this before because I thought I was using really good products, but Micki showed me the ingredients on certain things, and explain to me how and why things were working on my skin, and not working on my skin. Ever since her treatment, and using the products she recommended, (which, by the way, did not cost much at all!), my skin has never looked better! I am 40 years old and without Micki's knowledge, and expertise, I don't know if I would ever have skin that looks this good. I highly recommend everyone who's interested in getting a facial, or any type of aesthetics work, to go and see Micki at Pure Skin and Laser.
