The company was quick to act. I originally spoke with Jacob to schedule an emergency water heater repair and he was fantastic to do that with. So kind. I then got a text from Brittany and she kept me informed of my time for the tech to come out. I then received a text with David Ms picture and a time of arrival. He was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. He had our water heater fixed in 2 hours and we have hot water already. This company was quick and very kind with everyone I dealt with. Thank you!
Francis is the BEST. He is courteous, responsive, responsible, incredible efficient, and honest. We’ve used Francis and Pure Plumbing for both residential and commercial jobs. If possible, I’ll never use anyone else.
