The owners are thief's and the manager Sampson is in on it supporting their unethical business practices. They had to shut their last Google review website down cause it was brutally honest so what did they do? They made fictitious stage names posing as new owners and sent out letters stating the old owners are gone and the new owners do not want to complete contracts. In short they take your deposit and you don't hear from them again. Please consider all " 5 star" reviews upon opening their new webpage were posted within hours of each other. Fictitious as hell. No one has met the fake new owners because they are afraid of being discovered which they already have been. The Clark county business license office has the same registered owners listed as before and the contractors board are aware and even know who Mamad and Svetlana are and they roll their eyes but a large 60 page document has been dropped off to the contractors board , and the state attorney generals office. Also this same document will be filed in District court. The owners are being sued currently by American Express in Clark county Courts. Their business license was pulled from California and that's why they are operating in Las Vegas ( FOR NOW) . Customers beware they will take your deposit and you either will not hear from them or they will not finish your project. The owners have transferred assets recently in fear of all the pending litigation but do have existing Lein's which should be of no surprise. Mamad is 2 faced and bad mouthed Kitchen craft to me so many times yet he still Carries their product. Kitchen crafts rep was also unreachable and known to be out on customers money and the customers dime going out to lavish dinners and travel vacations all the while not responding to complaints about the west coast division he overseas. Primo has had many employees just up and quit since on site that I have personally witnessed. Many no call no shows for contractors who were most likely unlicensed to which the contractors board is also investigating. My project is nearly 2 years old now and still not completed with missing cabinetry I paid for, damaged cabinetry and damage to my home during an unlicensed contractor who fled the country ( the manager Sampson's own words) Sampson is a puppet afraid of his boss because he wants his job so he can feed his family but apparently at the cost of morals and ethics. Mamad and Svetlana are living off if customers deposits. Ask yourself why so many customers have been waiting forever for product and still are even though it has been paid for. California wouldn't give Mamad a license to pull weeds on the side of a freeway so he moved here to vegas then hid the business under his wife's name solely then attached his name as the contractor Renovation by Design. I was lucky to not accept cabinetry before any install attempt because the owner would blame the customer for any damage.during shipping. Mamad nor Sampson nor svetlana assisted with any measurements in any way nor did they have any oversight or supervision on the job site.....if a contractor did show at all and it was rare, the contractor would state he did not have tools and when questioned Mamad asks the employee to leave and suddenly the employee doesn't speak English anymore. Mamad even left a Digital footprint accusing me of " holding an employee against his will" well I went to the store to call out the owner and Manager and the manager admitted he was aware and blamed his boss. I simply stated " nice try but I have cameras w/ audio in my home as well as an off duty police officer visiting witnessing the Incapable employee grab his improper tools to even work on the job and walk out of free will so that idea backfired on the owner but it is his MO. There's a new Primo in town with Crystal & Hector as new owners! I have to tell you that I was delighted to see our kitchen remodel dreams come to fruition last week as Ulysses and Hector put the finishing touches on the final piece of crown molding. We love our two-tone MasterCraft cabinets, stunning quartzite countertops and beautiful backsplash craftsmanship. I cannot recommend Primo enough. Sampson will coordinate the whole project for you and you will love the results. It's just so hard to find excellent customer service these days and with Primo you get just that! . -timo

STAY AWAY. The new owners, Hector and Chrystel Guerrero, appear to be as bad as the the old ones, Mohammad and Svetlana Nafissi. Not honoring contracts and making promises they will not keep. We signed a contract in November 2021 and the work has not been completed by August 2022.

5/25/2022 - Update... reduced to 2 stars... signed contract last September 2021 and paid for cabinets. Cabinets waiting in warehouse since Dec 2021. We've been trying since Jan 2022 to get a construction date and yet to get one. They did lose their own construction crew, ok... but its going on 6 months and still waiting for them to get back to us. Reduced to 2 stars due to lack of communication. I've left voice messages, sent text messages and email. We're pretty easy going, all we ask is for better communication and getting the job done.July 2021 - Working with Lana & Sampson was a pleasure. Very friendly & helpful with designing kitchen Remodel.

DO NOT TRUST THIS CONTRACTOR. They will make you pay in full, delay project w as many excuses as possible. They will send you defective material and put blame on customer. They will send not qualified installers who will damage your orders too. For every scheduled appointment to install product every single installer hired by Primo won't show up with right tools. It's a nightmare. The owner Mamad and his wife will never reach out to customer and get on board with a guy called Samson, who seems to be a manager, and threat customer with lawsuits. They purchase products from third parties and per contract they are responsible to replace/pay for defective items and they push it all to customer for additional charge, then they read contract as to breach of contract on customer's fault and completely ignore the full delivery of service/material. They take customers money to sustain their lavish life style with promises of completing customers orders but never fully completed. It is know they lost their business license in south California for the same reasons. This company needs to be reported to the Contractors Board ASAP.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!My first and foremost request was to have solid wood cabinets. I was assured repeatedly that was the only material to be used. Front of cabinets and only exposed walls of cabinets are solid wood, the rest is cheap pressed prefabricated wood. Super poor workmanship IF they even show up. Mistake after mistake!! What a nightmare. Purchase took place July 8, 2021 and still has not been completed as of Feb. 18, 2022. What an absolutely horrible experience. Don’t be fooled by suave sales person or their showroom. It’s a false and very deceptive front.
