Andy from Precision Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing our kitchen faucet and repairing the leak underneath the sink. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, completed the work quickly, and left the area clean when he was done. Had a clogged kitchen sink that I tried to handle myself. Went through a 25' auger and a 75' auger to no avail. Called precision which was the 2nd time in about 10 years. First time was a water heater flooding the garage on Christmas Day which they were able to come out and handle. I called and Jen answered, she was great to work with from the office and she was able to get Gilbert out within the hour. Gilbert had all the tools and was able to clear the kitchen sink drain. Extremely knowledgeable staff and Gilbert was extremely friendly and professional. Will always use Precision Plumbing if the need arises.
