So Glad I Found Polar Air – Honest & Affordable Just wanted to share a great experience I had with Polar Air. I had three different companies come out to look at my HVAC setup, and every single one told me I needed to replace the whole system. Their quotes ranged from $7,500 to $15,000 — no joke. Then I got in touch with Polar Air, and Memo came by. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. After checking things out, he told me all I needed were a couple of return vents and a damper adjustment — no full replacement needed. The final cost? O.K. I will try and keep this short. Several years back our old A/C was ready to die. We called them like at 12:30 in the morning because your A/C never dies at a good time. They were there the next morning. Fixed it and told it was past it's life span. It was 20 + years old. Well it died again the next month and they came out again and the a/c unit was about dead. It stopped again. Owner came out on a Sunday. Said mother board was gone and he could not find out cost of that part until Monday. We asked for a price on a new unit and we were like. We can afford that. Our new A/C is quiet. works great in 110 plus heat and our power bill has been 40 to 50 percent less.... read full review
Wow! Called Polar Air Sunday am, blessed that they were able to come out that very morning! And then Isaac showed up! He was amazing, hard working and honest! So many companies push you to get a new unit right away but he gave us options (and an amount if we need a new unit in the future) as we KNOW it is coming, our Trane unit is 19 years old. We are so impressed with the honesty and hard work in this day and age! Ty Isaac♥and Polar Air!
