I've been a member at this planet fitness for over a year now, and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff has always been kind, fun, and supportive. The gym itself and all of the facilities have always been clean and well maintained. Nothing to complain on here! I've begun making real changes in my life for the better, and the environment at this facility has helped me to stay on track.
I recently joined and have only been here once, but obviously now that I'm a member will be back. I asked for and was given a tour by 'Mel'. She did a great job and answered all of my questions. The hydromassage chair hooked me! There is a very good variety of equipment and work out areas. When I went it there were only about a couple dozen people there. There is an app to download to your cell phone which has a "crowd meter". Membership 'card' is a QR code that is accessed from the phone app and is scanned upon check-in. Amazing staff that is very friendly and accommodating. The gym and locker room is very large and spacious. The staff routinely cleans the entire gym and locker room. The black card spa is excellent with a lot of lounge space. Excellent showers. Well kept gym.
