After being relayed to multiple call centers, Manager Deonte handled my situation perfectly and helped me out with my reoccurring problem I had. I recommend attending this Club with the staff support it currently has.

Place gets crowded but not too much. Occasionally have to wait for machines but not bad. Different mix of people and most everyone is respectable. I give praise to Tyler, one of the employees cause he is always movin, keeping the place clean on his watch. I’ve been going here for like a year or so and it’s one of the better planet fitnesses I’ve been to.

Brianna did a great job showing the facility, she a great example of a planet fitness representative and seems like a great person as well. Deonte, what can I say his enthusiasm is contagious. Great team so far.
