I came in with shoulder pain, and Joe quickly identified that I wasn’t activating muscles I didn’t even know existed. He taught me how to properly engage them, which completely changed my overhead pressing form and even carried over to my bench press and lat variation movements .
Since working with him, my shoulder pain is gone. I’m now steadily increasing weight with better technique and more confidence.

After my prostate surgery, I experienced some of the typical issues and was encouraged to see a pelvic floor therapist. That led me to Pillar Kinetic, and I’m very glad it did.
From the beginning, Erica started by talking with me about my overall health and life goals, not just the specific symptoms from surgery. What impressed me most was that Pillar looks at the whole person.
The focus has certainly been on recovering from my surgery, but just as importantly, there has been a strong emphasis on improving my overall fitness and health.
