I cannot say enough good about this studio. Prior to Pilates4U I’d start an exercise program and be good for a few months and then stop. I’ve done Pilates at other studios in LV and none of them offer the guidance & instruction like I get here. Gilles (owner) and Angela are fantastic. Sometimes tough on me but I know they do it to help me.
What prompted this review is reading the negative ones & I find them so untrue. All of us are treated fairly. You get what you put into it. If you spoke to any current P4U clients, I’d bet you’d hear very positive reviews.

I have been to 2 other Pilates studios before Pilates4U. Those studios have a cookie cutter approach to fitness. Their private classes though, we're beneficial but expensive. At Pilates4U, you get the benefit of private class instruction in a group class. Gilles and Angela are my Pilates parents. They push you beyond your comfort level to achieve the best results. I often whine if the workout is hard but it's all worth it. I have back pain from 3 consecutive pregnancies and hip pain from wearing high heels. Those problems disappeared. This studio is not for everyone though, because Gilles and Angela expects commitment from their clients. Pilates4U is a lifestyle choice. Don't go there if you're not serious about your health and fitness!

Very busy but when you can get in it's 5 star all the way.But when I think about how I did drive over to keep a scheduled appt and the closed sign was up, I don't think he wanted to have me in his classes. I called he said he had to leave and we'd have to reschedule.Well, I sent a follow-up email, he replied he has no openings and hoped I have luck in my quest.I don't think he had any intentions of working with me.
