I’ve been going to Phantasy Hair Salon for years, but the experience is always disappointing. The owners, especially the wife, are rude, unfriendly, and make you feel very unwelcome—unless you’re Asian like them. Their attitude feels discriminatory, which is unacceptable in the U.S. Even with an appointment, you wait 30–45 minutes, and the haircut is just a quick dry cut—no wash, no style. I kept giving them chances, hoping they’d improve, but the unprofessional and unfair treatment never changes. They seriously need to change their attitude toward all customers.

Got my haircut done, the guy who cut me up was super friendly and instantly understood what I wanted when I showed him a reference photo. My girlfriend got her hair done by the lady and had no complaints. We are definitely coming back here!

I just got my haircut by the lady. I don’t know her name but she was so professional and kind. I described to her what I wanted with my hair and she made me look amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place.

My boyfriend just got a haircut here and the lady who did it looked like she just didn’t care about what she was doing.
Didn’t listen to what my boyfriend requested and there are parts that looked like it got missed.
Never made conversation with him but was happy conversing with other people in there.
Overall, really bad haircut, bad customer relations, and if I can give 0 stars I would.

She BUZZED OFF the part of my hair I've been trying to grow out!
I've been super sad all day. Was really looking forward to having long hair. A year of hard work and looking forward to this day, all lost for nothing. She just seemed annoyed when I was in total shock after I asked her what happened.
The guy tried to fix it but we ended up cutting it all off and starting over from scratch.
I'm so, so sad rn.
Update: I thought I'd feel better after time but just getting sadder

Great haircut, awesome price , nice and friendly owners/stylists. Higly recommend, finally great haircut for my teen after trying more expensive, "fancy" places. Cole and Tamy are both great!
