I had an appointment at 1 PM today at their Sahara office. I showed up promptly and the office appeared to be closed. I tried calling and no answer. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful from a business to confirm an appointment and then not even be open or let me know it needed to be rescheduled.

I made an appointment. The price was $175 for individual. When they called me 1 day prior to my visit the price was already $240. The situation speaks for itself. Avoid these cheaters.

I do NOT recommend anyone to do business with Paramount Tax and Accounting.I have spent the past 3 months trying to get an issue fixed with them. John Williams, the Accountant that originally did my taxes has not responded to my calls (the assistant always tells me he is out of office and will call back) and does not respond to emails. This is unacceptable. It is insane to think that they are playing around with people's money. They happily took my money to do my taxes, but when issues arise, no one seems to be in the office (yes, I have checked with their other office).I can whole heartedly say that this experience has been dreadful. Once this issue is fixed, I'll come back and revisit the review.
