One of our AC units went out recenty. We have a home warranty plan and they sent out Paramount Air. Robert (the technician) explained everything. The part he had didn't work and they had to order a new motor. After he cleaned both units and installed the motor it works great. Hopefully no other issues but I would call them if that happens.
The entire experience was positive from the call to the owner (Tim) to scheduling (Diane), to the two techs (Bryan and Justin). The team is very knowledgable, they work quickly and efficiently, and everyone was so friendly. I am happy to say I have found my new HVAC maintenance company.
