Our AC went out in the hottest time of the year. Home warranty didn't want to cover the repair. Called around to get some quotes. Most places would only quote a whole system replacement and tried to bully us into a quick sale. A1 Mitchell quoted just what was needed and answered every question we had without trying to bully us into spending more. Their professionalism and work is undeniably the best in the business.
We had an AC go out in a VRBO unit in Mesquite, NV while it was over 100 degrees daily. Our home warranty (American Home Shield - AHS) sent A1 Mitchell out. They quickly diagnosed the issue and did everything they could to help us get the issue resolved. But sadly, AHS is one of the worst home warranty companies to work with - and they did nothing but cause delay after delay. A1 Mitchell worked with us and regularly spent time on the phone with us and a representative for AHS to get things done. But in the end, we gave up because AHS continually failed us and A1 Mitchell.
