I had hip replacement surgery at St. Rose Hospital, and required in-patient physical and occupational therapy after a successful procedure. I was transferred to Centennial Pam Rehabilitation Hospital. The care I received from the staff was exemplary. I was treated with great attention, expertise, and extensive therapy from the moment I arrived until release-to-home. The food was outstanding. I am sending a huge thank you to Marianne, Connor, Doug, Kristine, K.T., Ashleigh, Carlos, Justin, Emily, and the rest of the staff who helped me along recovery road. If I ever need PT or OT again, this is the only place I will consider.

First I would like to say being a medical SW I specifically chose PAM Rehab because I have always know it to be the best option for my patients. I was at PAM for almost two months the Case Manager Navigator, Melissa came the next day after my surgery and had me transferred right away. From Day one the CNA & Nursing staff were great there was some minor hiccups in which the Director of Quality, Brayla Robert’s took care of and followed through with me every week there after. My stepson was admitted to PAM Centennial for extensive rehab following a severe motorcycle accident and did tremendously well. The nursing and PT/OT staff were fantastic. They specialized his therapy for when he came home and were nothing but encouraging. The medical and pain management doctors, however, left much to be desired. Little to no time was spent with him, and his pain management doctor (Dr. Ronald Kong) did not send his prescriptions to the pharmacy for his pain medication, leaving him in horrific pain for over 24 hours before we could FINALLY get a doctor at PAM (Dr. Steel) to provide them, thanks to Carmen, the charge nurse, and her tenacious follow-up.… read full review
