Centennial Hills Hospital Outpatient Therapy Center

Mercedes, the office manager deserves 5 stars. She was tremendous as far as helping to move the insurance approval forward when our Pulmonologist office was not using the correct codes. She has been amazing to work with. She keeps the office running smooth and cares so much about patient care. The therapists are wonderful too. Our daughter is receiving therapy here, and has improved so much. I would give 5 stars, except for the fact that the once a week therapy has only been about 35-40 minutes a session. We are told that she is going to start getting a full 1 hour session soon, so that will change my rating to 5 stars when it happens.

Office staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The therapists there are pleasant and make you feel comfortable. They help you understand the best ways to heal safely and even things you can do at home. My husband looks forward to doing his therapy 3x a week as he is healing well and his recovery is improving thanks to the therapists that help him.
The place is clean and pleasant to be at. They do their best to work with your schedule and adjust if necessary. This place is on the same property as Centennial Hills Hospital and is easy to find. Plenty of parking all around.

I truly appreciate the folks at the PT clinic. Jonah, Jeff, Tiffany, and Mercedes always make me feel welcome and like family. They are experts in their field and know what they are doing! The facility is clean and has good equipment. Come here if you are looking for a PT clinic!
