From beginning to end; from the time Celena introduced herself to us, she helped us make arrangements and decisions for the service, to the time of Committal and Military Honors Ceremony for my father-in-law, she was there in every step of the way. We felt the professionalism, the genuine caring and compassionate treatment. The team fulfilled our every request to the detail. Very impressive, efficient, and thorough service. They thought of everything just to make it easy and comforting to our family, our relatives and guests. They went over and beyond to make the farewell to our loved one a fitting, decent, and memorable occasion that will be tenderly remembered. Handling my father’s passing was not an easy experience but Faye truly made all the difference. Our family is so grateful we had the opportunity to work with her. The level of care and attention to detail was unmatched. She communicated very well with us, explained every single option we had (multiple times) and never failed to keep us informed. During our service it rained and she literally stood in the rain holding his picture and flowers so they would get ruined or fall over.
