Meeting with Mike was a good experience. He was very compassionate about the situation. He gave me some ideas about things to do. Even though we didn't have the Palms handle the funeral, they were very helpful with the cremation and paperwork.

When I went in to get some knowledge and understanding about the process of planning for my own funeral I had no idea of how many details needed to be covered to make it easier for my daughter to get through this trying period. Amrita was very informative and knowledgeable about all aspects of the process. I was there longer than I thought I would be but it didn’t matter because she was so professional and not pushy at all.
