Stay away! Seriously, spend your money elsewhere. My wife's procedure has been a s**t show since her surgery a year ago. From the beginning, she was sent home after a major breast procedure with ZERO pain meds. Ended up in the ER that night being transported by ambulance. Her follow up care is atrocious. SHE DOESNT HAVE AN OFFICE IN LAS VEGAS! She is working out of an optometrists office on west Sahara on the weekends. My wife's breasts are lopsided, and the implant is actually coming out of the pocket that was created during the lift. Dr. Fishers response? "wow, thats an anomaly, its never happened before". Really? Really?My wife was left with lopsided breasts, one nipple bigger than the other and looking in two different directions, a flat spot in one breast, plus she has stabbing pain in her breasts on a nearly daily basis. Zero assistance from Dr. Fisher. Several Zoom meetings and in the eye doctors office to find out that NOTHING can be done without spending another 5k on a surgical center. Really? DOCTOR FISHER..YOUR WORK IS SUBSTANDARD!!.. How she even has a license in the State of Nevada or anywhere else for that matter is beyond me. We consulted attorneys, but no one in Nevada takes medical malpractice cases for plastic surgery. So, 11,500.00 later, my wife is still paying for lopsided breasts and daily stabbing pain, plus her OBGYN indicated the right breast implant is coming out of the pocket. Oh, brought that up with the good doctor. Her response? "We need to go smaller". WHAT? the implant size was YOUR recommendation based on the type of surgery YOU stated was necessary to achieve the perfect look you claim you had the talent and skill to pull off. You showed neither. Since the statute of limitations has passed we are faced with the fact that we are going to have to raise another 10k to fix her work. I am posting this review to literally beg people to stay away from this doctor. Seriously if you want to see the photos of her work and review the medical issues since her breast augmentation, please feel free to contact me directly. She came highly recommended from a personal friend so this is also what is so disappointing. Read the review from Angela M and make your decision carefully. There are other doctors in Las Vegas with better credentials and better follow up care and better reviews. Things happen during surgeries, I get that. This is the third BA that I have been a part of and in my field I see surgery results all day. People talk, and a negative experience can be not only physically traumatizing, but expensive to fix and a drain on your finances, not to mention having to miss work due to complications that should have been handled in person, not over a Zoom call.Beware! Do your homework. Read reviews. Check their boards. Regardless, I would not recommend Dr. Fisher for anything other than bankruptcy...

Horrible job she did on me . Will never get over the money I spent and the time I spent being sad because of what she didn't my body. Be aware and careful. I wish botched was on before I met her so I knew the signs she gave me and wanting me to go into surgery as soon as possible with a garment to big for me after surgery and not seeing me until a month after the surgery. Told her what she didn't me and said I have to pay again for something she did SMH ?

I went to Dr Fisher for earlobe repair surgery after having my ears stretched to about 1 1/4” for nearly a decade. She was very informative about the process and it was quick and relatively painless. Healing has been good so far and it’s given me a whole new look. Have talked with her about other alterations in the future and she is very detailed in discussing the options, results, and prices. Definitely would recommend.

Dr.Fisher is the best cosmetic surgeon in town, 10/10.She’s extremely gentle, honest, knowledgeable & sweet.She makes you feel very comfortable, actually listens to your concerns & will answer every question without rushing.She’s a perfectionist and an artist; I’ve received a ton of compliments about how natural I look after surgery.My mother & I have visited Dr. Fisher for several years for a number of different cosmetic procedures & she always does a fantastic job.Very grateful for her amazing work, she's fantastic. Orna Fisher is brilliant. At first I was sort of not sure what to think about her because I’ve never met a woman cosmetic surgeon. But now that I have seen her a few times, I can say that she is a very competent, very talented woman who understands anatomy and maybe even has a more refined cosmetic sensibility than a typical male surgeon. One thing that I really like and trust about her is that she did not try and up sell cosmetic procedures that are unnecessary or could even make me look weird. I asked her about a face lift and she told me I was too young. I really like that. She did a procedure on me (which I don’t want to share on the Internet) and the results are excellent. I couldn’t be happier. She charged me $3,000. I compared her price with a doctor in LA (a strange coincidence, his name is also Dr. Fisher) who for the same procedure charges $15,000. And to be honest, he doesn’t have the sensibility and sense of anatomy that she does. She’s great. Las Vegas is lucky to have her.

Skilled Honesty! I had facial feminization surgery, FFS, with Dr. Fisher in late March 2018. I'm a M2F trans and the shown photo is only 4 weeks post surgery. Rhinoplasty, upper eyelids, lip filler, cheeks filled and many wrinkles gone. I searched beyond nationwide for the right fit with a doctor only to find that Dr. Fisher was right here in my home of Las Vegas. Not only that but her bedside manner is second to none AND the costs associated to these procedures was truly beyond competitive. Thank you Dr. Fisher, I look forward to many more chats and sharing time improving my body mind and spirit.

Dr. Orna Fisher is an exceptionally skilled, compassionate, thorough, and responsive surgeon. My wife was set on getting a breast augmentation with a lift and a hip liposuction, but I tried to convince her that none of these procedures were necessary. We had an initial consultation with a Summerlin plastic surgeon that was horrible. He was rude and dismissive and this deepened my resolve that she not have any work done. However, my wife found Dr. Fisher and she exceeded our expectations at every phase of this process. At the consultation, Dr. Fisher patiently explained what we should expect. She answered all of my questions and walked me through all my concerns. She had us very well prepared emotionally and physically for surgery day. Everything was smooth on surgery day and she and her team kept me well informed as I waited. She is an exceptional communicator, both with her responsiveness and her comprehensiveness. She was completely accessible during my wife's recovery. She answered texts, scheduled follow ups, and allayed the normal fears that come from a major procedure. She was in prompt communication with us every step of the way. My wife is completely thrilled with her results and so am I! Her body is stunning! She says that this was the best decision that she could have made. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Fisher to anyone who is considering plastic surgery. Even if you think that you have found a great plastic surgeon, it is worth your while to have a consultation with Dr. Fisher.
