I had a huge biting bug infestation one year ago, of various types. They got most of the bugs but were unable to get rid of some almost invisible biting bugs after a year. They were very pleasant and tried hard though, especially my regular technician, Bryce. One bad thing was, they would often change the time of the appointment the day before, or even the date. I would only find out at 3:00 p.m. the day before, unless I called. Very annoying.
