Had a great experience at Optica Mandalay. Darnell was super helpful and took the time to help me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. Friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

A classic Saturday night Las Vegas tale of losing one's glasses on the dance floor where they were stepped on and broken. My vision is terrible and I stupidly didn't bring a spare.
Luckily Ernest at the Mandalay Bay Optica shop downstairs came to my rescue Sunday morning. He came up with a solution that really saved my trip, and with some of the best, genuine customer service I've had recently. They stock a unique, large and well-curated selection of frames and sunglases. Highly recommend if you need a repair on the Strip, or are looking for something nice for your eyes!
