However, we were promised that we would get pure and gentle orders Every three months turns out that was not the case. I have been calling to see if they can place my next order for pure and gentle and the customer service rep or whoever she is always tells me I am going to give your number to my supervisor and she’ll reach out the supervisor never reaches out. I've had this system for over two years now. Let me tell you what a great addition to our home it has been! I don't have to go out of my way to buy cases of water. On top of that , I've had an amazing experience with their customer service!!
