I did a quick order, and I didn't specify WHICH location - and the water bottles arrived with the other location's labels. OOPS on my part - with one email (after 4pm on a Friday - mind you), Cristina got our order for the 2nd location changed up to have the labels for my location put on them. Her team is bringing the pallet of water to me, grabbing the pallet with our other location's labels, and taking them over to my other team. Cristina for the win! Her communication has been flawless.
