We care for families in more than one location, so we have our water bottles designed to reflect the different business names. I did a quick order, and I didn't specify WHICH location - and the water bottles arrived with the other location's labels. OOPS on my part - with one email (after 4pm on a Friday - mind you), Cristina got our order for the 2nd location changed up to have the labels for my location put on them. Her team is bringing the pallet of water to me, grabbing the pallet with our other location's labels, and taking them over to my other team. Cristina for the win! Her communication has been flawless. I signed up for DMW after reading how awful ReadyRefresh was. I've had two deliveries so far and everything has been great. Great communication. Water tastes good. Pricing is a higher than I was hoping but that's the price you pay for convenience.

Have worked with several companies like Drink More. Will not be switching anytime soon. They help us ensure all of our employees are hydrated all summer long and allow us to continue to shape a safe workspace and deliver for our customers. Good communication and prompt delivery.
