Doctor Chen is by far one of the best in this field. He is very polite and definitely understands what is best for you, but again to each its own. I had a few things I didn't like about how Botox/Xiomin made me look but since Doctor Chen has been doing it for me I love how my face looks.
I had an EZ-Gel treatment at New Life New Image Med Spa and the whole experience was incredible. The office is beautiful, easy to get to, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. The team walked me through the process step by step and made sure I understood how EZ-Gel works and what results to expect. The treatment was comfortable, and my skin already looks smoother and more rejuvenated. This med spa truly goes above and beyond. I’m so happy I found this place and highly recommend it.
I had an amazing Botox experience at New Life New Image Med Spa. Dr. Chen took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, why he was recommending certain injection points, and what results I could expect. He even showed me the unopened vial before mixing it right in front of me, which made me feel very comfortable and confident. My results look natural and smooth, exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this office for anyone considering Botox.
