I started going here a few months ago. No matter what pain I have, they know what to do and help me feel better. The massage is great and I feel relaxed afterwards.

I had a great experience at New Life Body Massage. Nancy was my therapist and she was fantastic. Super professional, really attentive, and she clearly knows what she’s doing. I went in looking for a true deep tissue massage and she absolutely delivered — thorough, focused, and actually therapeutic (not just light pressure that feels nice for an hour and does nothing). The environment is clean and very relaxing, and the whole experience felt calm and professional from start to finish. I left feeling noticeably better. Highly recommend, especially if you book with Nancy.

I’ve always received a good massage, from either a male or female masseuse. However I came here on 2/14/2026 and had a different experience.
I paid for a deep tissue massage which I usually receive. Usually when I receive a massage I undress to my comfort level, however I keep the lower garments on (underwear). During my massage I noticed that masseuse was massaging my back, after sometime and removed / lowered my underwear without my consent . Leaving my whole buttocks exposed. Usually they will keep your underwear on (if you prefer to) or put a towel over to prevent the oil from running down and staining it. When she did this I immediately woke up, as I had drifted off to sleep during the massage. I didn’t know what to do in that moment because the massage felt like it was being rushed. Also the masseuse only massaged the backside of my body, my butt for and my feet, they never flipped me over or massaged my head / neck (lymph nodes) per usual.
During my massage another lady walked in on her cell phone having a conversation with my masseuse while my whole butt was out / exposed. I felt like there was no privacy or decent conduct being displayed all around.
I noticed there was completely new staff. 2 women that I have never seen before. So I believe they may have new ownership, I cannot confirm.
After leaving the massage place and telling my friend about my experience, she brought to my attention her concerns, and told me that I should leave an honest review and report my discomfort.
My masseuse’s name was Nancy.

Not sure if there has been new owners, but it's been about a year since we have been to this place. Last night we got a couples massage & the ladies kept talking the entire time (not relaxing at all) on top of that when they'd get the hot stones out they threw them on the bed right next to our head scaring both my husband and I. and kept slamming the door closed when getting hot towels out ect. My husband got a thai massage and the lady only did his back never once turned him around to do the front of his body & would massage the left side and forget about the right ect. He literally left in pain due to the massage. super upset and won't be returning :(

They force you to tip!!! Beware it is not enough just paying for the service. They make you feel uncomfortable pushing the tip as you sign receipt

Ive been co.ing here through the years and have had an amazing experience. My daughter & I decided to go in fir a massage & cupping. We were taken to our room, massages started & there was a lady who kept coming in (3-4 tumes) interrupting the session, asking them questions, having me prop up to discuss pricing and it took the relaxing feeling away. I was now irritated the whole time & then the cupping part was simplified. We had cupping done 2 months ago(fantastic), made massage better, using almost 20 cups. This time less then 10, not sectioning, cups were falling, & detaching. Again, this visit was disappointing. Sadly, I'm not sure we'll return.

My friend and I went for a massage, which was advertised as a full-body massage. However, we only received a back massage. The pressure was so intense that I ended up with back pain instead of feeling relaxed. Despite this, I gave a generous tip, but the staff responded with a bad attitude. Given the quality of the service, the tip wasn’t even needed. I do not recommend this place.

My mother and I were looking for our massage place. Came across this massage place nearby. Was reading the reviews and not sure why the reviews were the way they are. Our experience was very nice. Nancy and nang nang were our masseuse. My mom has back issues, originally i was assigned nancy however in view of my moms back issues they requested to switch. Nancy and nang nang asked which areas to focus on. They are very professional and courteous. they really strive to make sure it is professional and courteous. During our session, nancy focused solely on moms back per my moms request. Since the session my mom stated she noted an improvement in the tension of her back. Nang nang also is good as well. Would definitely return and make this my massage home. Nancy and nang nang are hard workers.

Nancy is great, really good massages here, prices are really pretty good from what I've seen from other places, they do not rush you and always feel welcomed when I come in, they are very friendly, place is always clean with nice calming music playing, I've been coming here for 2 years now and if you're looking to get an actual good Asian massage, this is the place to be.

This was possibly the best message I've ever had, and I've had the fancy $400 massages on the Strip. This $60 regular massage was above and beyond, she worked my scalp which I've never had done and there was zero fuss about tip. They do want it prepaid but that's fine with me because then there's no surprises. No weird vibes here, it's obviously family owned. I will definitely be back and I'd like to make it a monthly thing if I can have the same lady - I believe it's the same one who checked me in. She was amazing and I can't recommend this place for massage enough. I literally felt myself well up with happy tears when we finished, and I snapped/popped my neck like 50 times in 3 different ways when she was done because I was worked so good. Seriously I could go on and on, loved it here.
